FoxMoves (foxmoves.com) is run by Copperfox Limited, 10A Comins Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland 1071, New Zealand ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through foxmoves.com, our emails, our Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms, and the products we sell through Gumroad.
Information you give us — such as your name and email when you subscribe, contact us, or buy a product. Information your browser sends automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, which our website host may record in standard server logs. Information about your visit that Google Analytics collects through cookies, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
If you fill in one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Meta passes us the details you enter, such as your first name and email.
To deliver the products and resources you request, to send emails you have opted into, to respond to enquiries, and to improve our website and offerings.
We use a third-party email provider (such as MailerLite) to manage subscriptions and send updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Purchases are processed by third-party platforms (such as Gumroad). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Gumroad, which handles our product sales, may use its own cookies or tracking tools on its product and checkout pages. Gumroad's privacy policy explains how.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (email, payments, analytics, hosting), and only as needed to provide our services.
MailerLite (email and signup forms), Gumroad (sales and downloads), Make (moving purchase details from Gumroad to MailerLite), Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms), Google (Google Fonts, website fonts; Google Analytics, website statistics) and GoDaddy (website hosting).
We use these to see whether our emails and campaign links are working, for example whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use our site, for example the pages visited, how long people stay, their device and browser type, and their approximate location. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Our signup forms are provided by MailerLite, which stores a small identifier in your browser and receives your IP address, and our fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can stop email tracking by turning off images in your email app, or unsubscribe at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at training@foxmoves.com.
As a global service, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
